why the IP restriction and why not that old key=310.. ?
The restriction is all about preventing the search engines from dup-ping the site.
We used to have stop access with the key=310... but that required Bluerint and WordPress.
After the superior JS caching, stop access became useless cause index.php does not wordpress anymore.
When JS caching is on, everything is cut off at the index.php file and wordpress & BLP is stopped from loading. And the other thing is JS caching and key based restriction does not play nice, there is no other way than IP restriction.
When the beta status is lifted, this will ofcourse not be an issue.
If you want access to the site, email me your IP (188.8.131.52) and I'll open the access.
